When you have provided your crime reference number, the RAC Trackstar National Control Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, will immediately contact the Police in the area where the car is located. And because the Control Centre will be receiving location information every 20 seconds, the Police will be constantly updated on the vehicle’s position.
4. Once the Police have apprehended the thief, your car will be returned to you free of charge by the RAC.
