Likewise, if Car Audio Plus recommends a product that turns out to be incompatible with your current radio or system we will arrange and collect the goods from you at no charge and issue you with a replacement or full refund. All orders are dispatched using a FREE Express 1 to 2 Business Day delivery service to UK mainland addresses if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday unless we inform you otherwise. All items are dispatched the same day of ordering and 97% of items are delivered the very Next Day. As our couriers collect between 3pm and 5pm weekdays, the majority of orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched that day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). We Do Not offer Saturday Delivery. In our experience the courier companies let us down too often with Saturday Delivery. Try to avoid using a Saturday Delivery service! Your order can be sent to any UK and address that the credit card is registered to or/ Alternatively your order can be sent to an address other than that of the registered card holder's address, But this must be a business address. This option is selectable in the checkout area of the website. But you must give the card holders address details in the 'Invoice To' form. We cannot under any circumstances arrange for your parcel to be left without a signature or to be left with a neighbour. Your neighbour can approach the courier if they wish to take receipt of your parcel for you, but this cannot be arranged with the courier beforehand. It must be delivered to the card holder's address or an alternative business address. A signature will be required by the courier in order to leave your parcel. If nobody is available to sign then a card will be posted through your letterbox with details of how to re-arrange a delivery or for you to collect the item from the courier depot. In most cases you will be able to call the couriers to have it delivered that same day. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Only 2 to 3 Card delivery attempts will be made by the couriers before your order is returned to the sender. If your order is returned to the sender there will be a re-delivery charge of £6.50 that you will be asked to pay before we can arrange the re-delivery. We are charged by the couriers so it is only fair that you absorb this charge. If you request that your order be forwarded and delivered to a business address different to the initial delivery address you gave us, once your order is in the hands of the couriers, there will be a forwarding charge of £7.95.
