Please include a copy of your invoice, a detailed note stating your reason for return and if you would like a replacement or refund. Please also include your full name and all relevant contact details. Failure to do this will result in a delay.
Using an insured and recorded delivery that requires us to sign for it upon receipt (this is a must, to protect you and us) send it to the address below using a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for adequately insuring the goods.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will inspect the product to ensure it is still in new condition (scratched or marked products will be declined) and that all associated components, remotes, leads, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and licenses are present.
