If you placed your order before the 2pm deadline on any weekday please give it until 5pm on the following Working Day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before informing us that it has not arrived. You will need to place your order by 2pm to be guaranteed that you receive your order in 1-2 Business Days. However we dispatch orders up to 5pm, so the majority of orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the same day. But there is no Guarantee!

Do you sell inferior (Grey Imported) products?

Car Audio Plus only sell 'A' Grade UK manufactured car audio products.
Do Car Audio Plus products come with a guarantee?
In addition to Our Exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, all products have a minimum 1-Year Manufacturers Guarantee with many interfaces having 2-years. We arrange, collect & return all products that are faulty within the Guarantee period. And if we recommend any product to you that are not compatible with your current system or set-up we will arrange and collect this at no cost to you and refund you in full.

What if the product I order is out of stock?
We will notify you immediately after we receive the order and inform you of the recommended action. If you order 2 items and one is out of stock, we will send you the first item and send the second item when it is available carriage free.

Is your 1-2 Business Day Delivery Guaranteed?
All we can guarantee is that if you place an order before 2pm on any given work day your order will be dispatched using an Express 1 to 2 Business Day courier service unless we inform you that your order is unavailable to send. 97% of orders are delivered in 1 Day.
However please be aware of, and allow for events that are out of our control such as roadwork delays, courier vans breaking down, courier mis-directed parcels, courier theft, etc that may result in delays. All our parcels are insured against these issues.
These are genuine challenges that we and our couriers face in getting the parcel to your door. 97% of our couriers' parcels are delivered in 1 Working Day however this success rate cannot be bettered by moving to another courier as we have tried them all.
Before you arrange Installation:
Please be aware and allow for this when ordering or when booking an installation with a third party, to prevent any inconvenience. I would recommend that you allow at least 2 to 3 days between the expected delivery date and your installation.
Do you dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday?
No. City Link couriers only collect parcels on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?
No. Our couriers will not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
Can I keep track of my order?
We will keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive tracking details, if delivery is expected to take longer than expected due to availability issues. It takes 24 hours after booking a delivery before tracking information is available.
Will you deliver my order to an address different to that of the Credit Card holder?
Yes! But only to a Business Address. Select this in the checkout area of the website when you order.
