How To Order
Credit/Debit card payments can be made online or (after ordering online) by phone, fax, or by post. Please give us your name and item ordered and we will locate you in our order database.
Online
This is your easiest and safest option when buying from us and you can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Browse the product sections, and when you have found a product you would like, click the 'Buy Now' button. This adds the product to your virtual "shopping basket" (True you don't physically put actual products into Baskets, but you get the idea!). You can then continue shopping or head for the checkout.
You can add as many items as you want to your basket and you can check the contents of your basket at anytime by clicking on the 'shopping basket' tab. You can also add or remove items at anytime.
When your selection is complete, click the 'checkout' button and you will be forwarded to the checkout area where you will be asked for your delivery details.
Car Audio Plus is 
You will not see the 'secure' golden padlock (Internet Explorer users) and key (Netscape users) displayed in the area at the bottom of your browser until you arrive at the payment page that immediately follows the checkout area of this website. But don't be concerned!
When paying by credit or debit card, you will be taken the 100% secure payment page provided by Protx (the company that process our payments in conjunction with Lloyds TSB). You can be assured your financial details are at absolutely No Risk and are 100% SAFE.
You will then be given 3 options:
1. Credit or Debit Card:
This is your easiest and safest option when buying from us. Select this and you will be passed to a secure payment area provided and controlled by UK based 'Protx' one of the world's leading eCommerce transaction companies. Here you will complete your order securely and in confidence.
We never see your card details when you buy online as Protx handle this. After ordering we get 5 days in which to confirm we have sent your goods and to confirm the transaction and to bill your card. It is not billed automatically following your purchase.
2. Phone Card Details To Us:
Complete your order online, and at the final checkout stage select the option to 'Pay By Phone' complete your order then print the receipt and phone 01942 893 613 with your card details (9am to 5pm, 5 Days) - Your Order will remain valid for 14 Days.
3. Send Payment Details Separately:
Complete your order online, and at the final checkout stage select the option to 'Send Payment Details Separately' complete your order then print the receipt, complete with your card details and send to us using your chosen method.

You will now receive your goods in 2 simple steps:
Step 1
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Protx having authorised your credit/debit card, will send us your order and address details.
Car Audio Plus 'never' has access to your financial details, only your address details.
Step 2
Your order will be packaged, subject to stock availability and dispatched using an Express 1-2 Business Day Recorded Delivery service. City Link couriers will require a signature upon delivery of your goods.

By Phone
Place your order online, and at the final checkout stage select the option to 'Pay By Phone' complete your order then print the receipt, fill in your details and phone 01942 893 613 (9am to 5pm, 5 Days) with your card details - Your Order will remain valid for 14 Days.
By Post
Place your order online, and at the final checkout stage select the option to 'Fax or Post Payment then proceed to complete your order. Print 2 copies of the receipt that is displayed and send 1 copy with your payment details to the address below. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'Car Audio Plus' - Your Order will remain valid for 21 Days.

Ordering items with different availability times
You will not be charged any carriage fees if we have to make more than one delivery from one order, due to items being out of stock. Dont worry as we will inform you immediately if any items are out of stock.
Product Availability
If the items you have ordered are not in stock and will be delayed you will be notified by email immediately after ordering. You will then have the option to wait or to cancel your order.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. However, If your order has been processed and dispatched you will have to accept delivery before returning the item, complying with the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee conditions.
