Live Help & Support for pre-sales questions is available at various times throughout the day (7 days a week).

What is Live Help & Support?

In simple terms Live Help enables you to chat with us over the interent in real time by typing messages back and forth into a small window (box) displayed on your screen using a concept similar to (MSN Messenger) if you are familiar with this. However with our Live Support you do not need to install any software on your computer, as everything is run from our server.


How does Live Help & Support Work?


When you open the Live Help software by clicking on the box above you will be presented with a small (box) window on your screen where you enter your username and the topic that you wish to discuss. You then click Submit to start a chat. Our support team then get an invitation to accept your request to chat and answer your question.   


Questions and answers are then pushed back and forth between you and one of our team (operators) regarding what ever you need to know, about products, compatibility or pre-sales issues so will get the answers you need without any delays that you would get with email.

You can end the chat session at anytime by clicking the Close button.


Live Help is a relaxed chat area


Live Help & Support is not difficult to use. There is no pressure to answer our questions in any given time as we will more than likely be chatting to other customers at the same time in a separate chat session. Do not worry about making spelling errors as we make them too. Basically we are here to help you make the right decision. :-)
