Car Audio Plus - Customer Support - After Sales Problem?

If for any reason you are not happy with the product/s that you have received from Car Audio Plus, the condition in which you received them in, the time taken for it to be delivered or if you have a problem with your invoice/receipt please Email us or call us on 01942 893 613 immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Car Audio Plus only sell brand new UK specification products and we send them using an insured, recorded 1-2 Business Day courier service and some smaller items will be sent using recorded Royal Mail delivery. However we will arrange to send some products direct from our suppliers to ensure a speedy delivery. These are also brand new UK specification products will be sent using a 1-2 Business Day courier service. If you have encountered a problem with any product please let us know so we can address the problem. We need to know that our suppliers are providing you and us with an optimum service.

If you don't let us know there is a problem, then we can only assume that our suppliers (where used) and the couriers have provided an outstanding service and that you are happy with your product/s and our overall service and value. Please be aware that your feedback is very important in order for us to give the best possible service in the future. If you don't let us know then we can't help or eliminate errors.
