afternoon and it arrived at my office Friday morning Not only that but
every other in car audio dealer tried to sell me an interface which
involved removing the radio and fitting a new bus lead.

 "I would just like to thank you for the excellent service I received today. Received my changer as promised via despatch.

Went to install and got to the bit where I plug it in the back and thought oh no, that plug won't fit...
 
Checked the delivery bag, nothing, worried thinking I had misread the 'advert'  checked the site, then e-mailed at 1434
 
E-mail read receipt than at 1436 you phone immediately, enquires if there was a second item in the bag. Promises to get back.

4 minutes later Phones again tells me that my item came direct from supplier, the supplier were also out of stock so they sent the interface from their supplier, who use a different carrier (UPS), its booked for delivery today, if nothing by five, I should phone and one will be despatched for tomorrow.

5 minutes later and UPS turn up at the door with interface.
 
I must say I was massively impressed with the service I received, will definitely tell me friends about your site.

You're now probably thinking, "not every transaction can be that smooth?" You're
right sometimes things don't go as efficiently as you would like, that is inevitable
when dealing with 3rd party suppliers, couriers and manufacturers, etc.
 
However...

As an internet shopper myself if and when there are stock issues, delivery delays
or whatever, the important thing is the response and the way it is handled and addressed. Do you have immediate access to Customer Support via phone, email and 
fax or does your email go unanswered for days or even weeks?

The bottom line is if you are not happy with any product from Car Audio Plus, the
service you receive or for whatever reason, you have 30 Days to decide at No-risk!
Send it back, No questions asked for a full refund.

What have you got to lose?


I've just received confirmation that the refund I requested has been actioned.

I'd like to thank-you for such a prompt and efficient service.

I ordered an Alpine CD player for my Rover 75 on Tuesday lunch time and received it Wednesday 9.30am. I was having a slight problem with installation so I called Customer Support for advice. 

As I lived within driving distance i took the car and the CD player back with me. After 30 minutes the player was fitted and working and with no charge to pay!

If you need a CD player, buy from these guys you won't be disappointed.
