Car Audio Plus - Customer Support - Product Guarantees
Please take a few minutes to read and agree with our Product Guarantee Policy before ordering. This will prevent any future warranty disputes.
All products supplied by Car Audio Plus are guaranteed against faults caused in material or manufacture. The guarantee covers the products for up to 1-Year from the date of purchase or 2-Years where stated.
New Product or repair? This is a standard policy of each and every car audio product manufacturer.
- Under 30 Days Old - If a product develops a fault within 30 Days of the purchase date you will be issued with a brand new replacement product.
- Under 1-Year Old (or 2-Year where applicable) - If a product older than 30 days, develops a fault within 1-Year of the purchase date and is returned to us it will be repaired by the supplier/manufacturer.
Returns - Arrange, Collect and Return
If any product supplied by Car Audio plus develops a fault within 1-Year of the purchase date we will arrange, collect & return the product to and from you to have it replaced or repaired eliminating any inconvenience. Who else offers this service? See Faulty Products & Returns for more info
Installation
Please Note: Car Audio Plus highly recommend, having products supplied by us fitted by a professional installer or qualified auto-electrician. Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse will result in the product warranties becoming void.
You can find any competent installer or Auto-Electrician in the Yellow Pages under the ‘Car Audio’ & ‘Car Electrics’ categories.
Likewise, if you open your product casing, tamper, or modify products supplied by us in an attempt to repair or to make compatible with your current car audio set-up in anyway, your warranty will become void, Period! The manufacturers always meticulously check the product casing and fixing screws for evidence of tampering.

Q: Do you sell grey imported products?
A: No. We understand your concern as we have heard many horror stories of internet suppliers, literally ripping customers off by supplying inferior products that they have imported from countries that are not known for manufacturing high quality, UK specification products. All goods supplied by Car Audio Plus are UK specification, Guaranteed!
