Car Audio Plus - Customer Support - Where is my order?
Orders dispatched using the Free Express 1-2 Business Day delivery service will be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please read our Delivery Policy for full delivery details.
- If your order was placed before the 2pm deadline on any weekday please give until 5pm on the following Working Day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before informing us that it has not arrived. Only then can we investigate where your order is by contacting our couriers and suppliers, if we have arranged for your order to be sent direct.
- If you have allowed 24 to 48 hours after ordering and haven’t received an email informing you of any order delays then please contact us so we can confirm and trace your order. Ensure your email system can receive emails from us and that your spam filter hasn't deleted or email, before you assume that we failed to send you an order confirmation email. Some companies or ISP's do NOT allow our emails as their security systems misinterpret them as spam.

Is your 1-2 Business Day Delivery Guaranteed? All we can guarantee is that if you place an order before 2pm on any given work day your order will be dispatched using an Express 1 to 2 Business Day courier service unless we inform you that your order is unavailable to send. 97% of orders are delivered in 1 Day.
However please be aware of, and allow for events that are out of our control such as roadwork delays, courier vans breaking down, courier misdirected parcels, courier theft, etc that may result in delays. All our parcels are insured against these issues.
These are genuine challenges that we and our couriers face in getting the parcel to your door. 97% of our courier's parcels are delivered in 1 Working Day however this success rate cannot be bettered by moving to another courier as we have tried them all.
Before you arrange Installation Please be aware and allow for this when ordering or when booking an installation with a third party, to prevent any inconvenience. I would recommend that you allow at least 2 to 3 days between the expected delivery date and your installation.
