When stepping through this very quick refund or replacement procedure, you will be asked why a request to return the purchase was made.   • If you wish to return your order simply package the goods in new condition (scratched or marked products will be declined) securely, including All components, warranty cards, licenses, manuals, leads and accessories.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice, a detailed note stating your reason for return and if you would like a replacement or refund. Please also include your full name and all relevant contact details. Failure to do this will result in a delay.

  • Then, using recorded delivery send to the address below using a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for adequately insuring the goods.
  • Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will inspect the product to ensure it is still in new condition (scratched or marked products will be declined) and that all associated components, warranty cards, licenses, manuals, leads and accessories are present. We will then contact you and issue you with a replacement of your choice or full refund.

Returns not complying with the above terms will be refused.
