Email Details: When a customer makes an order, an email containing the order details can be sent to up to five addresses. The first email can be sent encrypted. Set up all your email details in this section.
Contacts: Manage your own list of contacts. Its a useful place to store contact and delivery details for people inside or outside your organisation. At the moment it does not impact with any other areas of Evolve and is for your reference only.
Payment Options: Deals with how you can securely receive your orders, including setting up digital certificates and / or using payment gateways. You must install a digital certificate if you wish to receive encrypted emails.
Zones and Classes: If you wish to set up different tax or shipping rates depending on where the customer lives or wish to set up different shipping rates e.g. first class and second class, then you must set up the zones and classes in this section.
Shipping: Set up how much will be charged for delivery. You can charge either a flat rate or can charge according to weight, quantity ordered or order value. You can set up different charging schedules depending on where the order is being sent to and how it is being sent.
Taxation: Set up how tax will be charged. You can charge a flat rate of tax for all products or set up different tax bands for products. You can also decide what rate of tax will be charged depending on where the order is being sent to.
Options: Covers areas such as the currency to use on the site, stock
control, when to allow online ordering and how sales tax is displayed on the
site.
