Sold exclusively in Europe, this pocket-sized Personal Travel Assistant now comes with hands-free Bluetooth® wireless technology in addition to the popular features offered in the nüvi 300 — making it the go-anywhere travel companion.

Place hands-free calls with Bluetooth wireless technology nüvi's Bluetooth wireless technology capability with integrated microphone and speaker, enables users to make hands-free mobile phone calls. Users simply tap nüvi's screen to answer calls, then speak directly into the unit's built in microphone. The easy-to-use calling feature allows users to dial phone numbers through nüvi's touchscreen keypad.

In addition, customers may also look up and dial numbers from their personalized phone book or from the phone's call history log. If a user needs a phone number for their destination, they can easily find and dial it from nüvi's points of interest database, which includes hotels, restaurants, stores, and much more.

Navigate with Ease

The nuvi 310 comes preprogrammed with UK & Ireland map data, and includes automatic routing, 2D or 3D map perspective, and a fingertip touch screen interface — making navigation easy. It accepts customized points of interest (POIs) such as school zones and safety cameras. In addition, with Garmin's optional GTM 11 FM TMC traffic receiver, you can avoid traffic tie-ups by simply pushing a button to calculate a new route. The map data is provided by NAVTEQ™, a world leader in premium-quality mapping.
