Where is My Order?
Please allow up to 2 full working days from receiving the dispatched/ shipped email before contacting the support centre. We send deliveries via a variety of different couriers and Royal mail. Deliveries are made up to 5PM Monday to Friday. Small items may be delivered Saturday if sent by Royal Mail however this is at the discretion of royal mail.
I have not received all of my items?
Often we have to send items from multiple locations, meaning that your items will arrive in separate packaging and from separate couriers. Please allow time for multiple items to arrive before contacting us. (this should not effect you 1-2 day delivery time scale)
My Product is not working what should i do?
The Quickest way we can advise you is about your product is by completing the Contact Us support form in the support centre giving us the order number and details of the problem. We can then use our expert knowledge, Technical data and Technical contacts to resolve the issue or fault.
Please note that this service is not available over the phone as occasionally advice is needed from the products manufacturers.
If you open a ticket it will be replied to and usually resolved with in the hour.
