The BEAT600 much the same as the BEAT 500 but with aditional features, including a fully motorized slide down touch screen monitor capable of playing DVD / DVD-R / CD / VCD / CD-R / DivX. The unit is very compatible being able to play the following formats: CD/CD-R/CD-RW, DVD-R/-RW/VCD, and MP3 with ID3 tag info. The rear mounted USB port lets you directly connect a USB memory stick or use a USB extension cord and access the majority of USB applications.
