Mercedes Atego, Axor (02 on) Dashmount Bracket

Location : To the left of heater controls

Tools required : Phillips screwdriver, MTU bending tool.

Step 1: Flip up the small square switch panel and remove the 2 Phillips screws. Remove the 2 switch panels.

Step 2: Pull out the panel surrounding the radio and then unclip the large panel around heater controls. Use bending tool to pry.

Step 3: Remove the protective foil from the Dash Mount and insert the small bend behind the instrument cluster. Press the Dash Mount over to the right so that the other arm rest behind the large panel. Use a pair of self-tapping screws for max. stability. The Dash Mount must be located above the clips for the panel.

Step 4: Reassemble the components in reversed order.
